Wood-plastic wallboard is a hollow or solid structural decorative profile based on recycled wood fiber and thermoplastic polymer material, which is specially designed for building exterior wall decoration, indoor wallboard and partition system. Its surface can be treated by imitation wood grain embossing or thermal transfer printing process, which can show the textures and colors of various natural wood. At the same time, the cross section of the product can be optimized into a multi-layer cavity design according to the structural mechanics requirements, which can reduce its own weight and improve its bending strength and impact resistance. Compared with traditional solid wood wallboard and PVC wallboard, wood-plastic wallboard significantly improves the weather resistance, structural stability and life cycle economy of the material on the basis of maintaining a warm visual texture.
From the point of view of installation structure and engineering adaptability, wood-plastic wallboard adopts two installation methods: concealed fixing of cards or exposed mounting of self-tapping screws, which can be flexibly selected according to architectural design style. A tongue-and-groove splicing structure is arranged between the plates, so that the joints are tight and the flatness is high, and good waterproof and windproof performance can be achieved without additional glue sealing.
